Position Description: This posting is for multiple Psychologist positions with the Telebehavioral Care team for the department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences in the College of Medicine. A Psychologist in Telebehavioral Care is responsible for collaboratively working in an interdisciplinary mental health care team of clinicians and trainees. We are currently expanding our TCHATT (Texas Child Health Access through Telemedicine) program in schools and looking for qualified candidates with experience working with children and/or schools. These positions will primarily be responsible for the provision of mental health services via telehealth, while also training and supervising Master/Doctoral level students, engaging in applied research, and program coordination. These positions require a doctorate acceptable to the Texas State Board of Examiners (TSPEB) and post-licensure experience. How much post-licensure experience is required is dependent on the level of the position. Preferred experience includes experience in community mental health, interdisciplinary care, and telehealth modalities.
