COVID-19 Resources and Guidance

 As the COVID-19 pandemic unfolds, our practice will likely be affected by school closures.  We will need to stay abreast on administrative guidance from the federal, state, and local levels.  At the present time, schools and LSSPs should be taking precautions and preparing for possible implications related to instruction, services, and providing FAPE to students with disabilities.  Guidance suggests federally mandated assessment timelines will not be waived and IEPs must continue to be implemented despite the means of instruction. As resources and guidance become available, we will update this page accordingly, so please check back periodically.
